Awesome experience. JR Rankin and MIke Webb were clear, concise and direct. Have bought two cars from them. Recommended them to friends and relatives. Sales customer service was not just unfriendly but openly HOSTILE.  First of all, I am not a complainer. I have written only a few reviews in my day and most of them were positive. Secondly, I am a serious cash buyer who has decided on a Corvette E Ray. I have just not decided on the color. ABSOLUTLY THE WOSRT CAR DEALER EVER .SIGNED ALL THE PAPERWORK ,DROVE OFF ONLY FOR THEM TO CALL BACK AND SAID THAT I OWED THEM 900 DOLLARS. THEY SAID BECAUSE IS WAS A SANTA CRUZ WAS THE REASON I DIDNT GET THE TAX CREDIT THEY PROMISED.COMPLETE LIARS ,WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY THERE.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Their pricing online is deceptive, and I have the saved documents to support. Thiis never went into the dealership thank God I didn't waste my time going into the dealership and waste my valuable time. They add additional charges like destination which is already on the MSRP and other fees that cover their massive discount. If I could leave a 0 I would. This company needs to be highly investigated. I took my car in 9/2 for a battery light flashing, I was told it was the Alternator. I gave the OK to replace the part along with the other items they stated were safety issues, this visit was just under $4,000.00. A week later the battery light starts flashing, brought the car back in they said, we just need to investigate more.....after leaving me stranded for 4 days with no cars, because they would not return calls or updates and then left for... read more

Southern States Hyundai of Raleigh on Wake Forest Road takes customer service to a new level. They are particularly gifted in dealing with baby boomers, who usually like to discuss details as opposed to watching a video about a new car. I can't say enough about Product Specialist Thomas Rutledge, who spent over an hour with me explaining and elaborating on the features in my new Hyudai Sanata Hybrid.
