I used Central Hydraulics all the time until recently. I had a terrible encounter with, Richie, their cylinder rebuilder counter guy. He was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to even talk to me. The cylinders I did have rebuilt here took weeks and I had to call them to ask if they were ready to be picked up. All in all you've lost my business.
These guy’s are the best in business. The made a hydraulic line for my Mercedes sl550 and saved me over 5-10k and had it done before business hours were over. Thanks guys
Fendrick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mess of pieces and parts I brought in needing replacements of, great store over all!!!
Awful customer service, used them for years but after crap service in Ocala, crap service in Daytona, our company will not use them ever again.
Richie is Terrrible unwilling to help the customers and rude. Unless i talk to John I won’t be using the Daytona or Ocala location.
