Did not seem very thorough. No thermal imager during inspection. Biggest problem was deck and stairs had some rot, uneven steps and trip hazard, wobbly stairs, etc. Inspectors totally missed it. They offered to come over and make a deck repair after we had already purchased the home but they never did and we never heard back from them. I was later quoted about $20,000 for a deck repair. Would use someone else in hindsight

They inspected my house and went above and beyond for us. Don't hesitate to use them.

Like most home inspectors I've had to work with, Mark will find all the little stuff that doesn't matter and miss the big things that'll cost you thousands to fix. When confronted about it, he'll hide behind his contract and tell you it ain't his specialty. I had him inspect a home with a pole barn on the property and specifically asked him to look at the wooden timbers in the building. Sure, his contract does state that he doesn't look at those types of structures, but any idiot ought to be able to take note of crooked roof... read more

Couldn't have asked for better home inspectors! My wife and I are first time home buyers and we were a bit nervous about the inspection process. Mark & Brock was patient,professional and very meticulous with the inspection, which we appreciated as it helped us to better understand their findings. They were precise in their evaluations and included pictures to provide a complete synopsis of the state and condition of the house. Very professional and thorough. We would recommend them 100%
