Incompetence sums it up. They have an attitude at times and rush through "helping" the patient. Leave without doing what is required. Not once but 90% of the time. Our family is furious with the lack of care our father has received.
Tried to contact this place about home health for a loved one and who ever answers the phone really needs to learn simple etiquette. She was rude and short with me like i was an inconvenience. Not sure if she even gave me her name. I was dumbfounded. Onward and outward there are better suited home health facilities willing to talk with me.
