I am hurting, frustrated, and disappointed. The occupational therapy discharge session today created excruciating pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Although I like most of the people who came, an inordinate amount of time was spent getting my vitals (BP, pulse ox, temperature, "pain number") and not much time teaching me exercises to start where I am and help me regain my strength and stamina after 8 days in the hospital (and being intubated). I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received. Very poor communication from the company and had to deal with a manager today who wanted to blame me for their failure to reach out to me when my nurse went on medical leave. I will not be using Central Home Health Care in the future and would recommend to anyone I know to avoid this company.
I've have the best care from the entire team at Amedisys. I broke my ankle in late June, they have worked with me in my home. The Nurses, OT, PT all have been great. Can't say enuff good things about Amedisys. Thanks to all.
This is the worst home health agency in Ga!! Unethical, disrespectful, no organization. The one pleasant person in the organization was my grandmother's nurse Kayleigh and she is gone. We will be finding a new company.
Unreliable and unethical company. I would not recommend them. Do yourself a favor and find another home care agency.
