My personal review is long overdue. We have been using Amedisys Home Health for several years. I would like to say how very thankful I am for the special care and attention of my elder Dad's health. Nurse Paula has been a joy and God send for my Dad and our family with her years of experience skilled nursing. We are so grateful. I would also like to give thanks for when my Dad had PT with Tyler. I was very pleased with my service, the therapy was kind very attractive to his work and gave me great tips on how to continue making progress between sections. This company provides great service.

The new director of the Douglasville office is a liar and complete garbage! Her employee Francine bald faced lied about my dog lunging at her. They have been billing my insurance for over 2 years and suddenly this new director Pringle says we're not coming back because company policy says all animals are supposed to be put up. Not one time has anyone told me it is company policy. I see they have 1.6 rating. Probably because you can not give a zero!
We called this company out to help provide home health care for a family member who was temporarily staying with us . There were different nurses that came out to our home including a regular nurse, an occupational therapist and a physical therapist. All of the nurses were polite EXCEPT for this one particular nurse that stood out who was extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional and that was a physical therapist named Christina. I will be calling to report her! All of the other nurses were fine except her.
