今天的大肠镜体验我给3分。 整体感受有些复杂。首先，负责给我扎针的那位穿黑衣服的护士态度比较冷淡，甚至带着一点高傲，让人感觉不够专业，也缺少应有的护理温度。 其次，原本预约是9:30，但在换好检查服、完成静脉留置针后，我在等待中整整等了将近两个小时，直到大约1点才离开，这段等待体验比较煎熬。 一开始我甚至只想给1分，但在检查过程中，以及最后推我进入检查室和送我离开的那位护士，态度都非常友善、耐心，让人感受到温度和照顾，也缓解了不少不适。 综合下来，体验有好有坏，所以最终给3分。
Rude front office staffing. Outrageous how the contempt of certain people who think they can talk down to first time patients. If you have Ortho issue, do not allow your primary care physician refer your case to the second floor staff. Totally dispectable
I visited them two days ago. Just a heads-up — if you’re planning to go there, I would suggest confirming that you are being treated by a licensed physician. From my personal experience, I received different information depending on who I spoke with, which was concerning to me. Given the situation, I feel it’s important to do your own research before making a decision.
