I never got to see a doctor for an examination before the surgery, and the same applied afterward. I had a 4 PM appointment but had to wait over an hour just for a staff member to come and ask a few questions; then I had to keep waiting until they closed. Furthermore, the person who examined me before and after the surgery wasn't a doctor—just an assistant.

Useless front desk, literally impossible to schedule appointments. Stated that will call me back but never called me back.
I called today about 10am make appointment a young lady name Mary answered gave my information to make appointment very professional curtious however she mentioned that someone would call me back to schedule the appointment at 1:30pm Miguel called me back went over my aurthorization information he was so kind to get me in the same week on Friday and accommodate my request for morning appointment thank you for the five star service which meet and exceeded my expectations.
