I used this service for a water heater problem in my kitchen. The technician was professional and careful with the repair, and the heater is working perfectly again. I rated 4 stars because there’s room for improvement in communication, but I would still recommend Central Water Heater Heating & Plumber .
Poor phone service. On two occasions tried to get a plumber. Called several times over several days - no response. Two different problems. Same process called over several days - still have heard nothing from them. I won’t try again.
Run, don’t walk .. or you’re bound to regret hiring them. Central installed 7 new HVAC units in a new construction multi family project for me. We’ve had to make repairs since day 1 on every unit they installed. Additionally since their drain lines weren’t sloped properly, condensate leaks caused additional damage to the homes. The problems are ongoing. 👎
