Poor phone service. On two occasions tried to get a plumber. Called several times over several days - no response. Two different problems. Same process called over several days - still have heard nothing from them. I won’t try again.
Run, don’t walk .. or you’re bound to regret hiring them. Central installed 7 new HVAC units in a new construction multi family project for me. We’ve had to make repairs since day 1 on every unit they installed. Additionally since their drain lines weren’t sloped properly, condensate leaks caused additional damage to the homes. The problems are ongoing. 👎
My mom has been dealing with this company for years, back when the company was good they were on time and punctual with the appointment that you made, but now I think different people are over the company because we called today and told them what was going on with our ac unit and the people were supposed to be here around lunch time these people did not show up until a little after 3 pm and didn’t call to let us know anything or give us an update on their location and how long it was going to be before they got here to us, ... read more
