This guy came out to fix my air conditioner that was hit or miss wasn't working properly he said it needed new capacitors he said he could do it for $180 I told him I can buy one for $16 and put it in myself so he charged me $135 just to tell me I needed the capacitor and now I still don't work and they won't come back unless I pay him another $130 places to rip off

Kurt arrived on time. He answered all my technical questions about the normal function of the AC compressor, and what may have caused the failure. During the process he was friendly and professional - a fine representative of the company. It only took a couple minutes for him to diagnose the problem, and only a couple more to replace the failed part (which he had in stock on the truck!).
