Beware! Central Health was purchased by Molina Health. Molina has NO EXPERIENCE in Medicare Heath Plans. Molina is a Medi-Cal-Medicaid provider . Their staff has no idea what Medicare Plans are all about. Molina made a poor choice in attempting to break into the Medicare market. Various reasons, I’m giving Central Healthcare Plan one star. Trying to contact after hours nurse line and was informed to go to nearest urgent care. After a few days of feeling better, I checked to see if there was help after hours, and there is a hot line. Started two years ago with OTC benefits and it was three hundred dollars every quarter in the year. It’s dwindled down to forty-one dollars a month and they don’t rollover to the next month.
