Mixed reviews depending on the doctor. PDs - Bad experience with Rowena. Discharged my baby despite jaundice only to have us return few days later, and arranged a follow up on a Sunday without informing us of surcharge at Matilda. Consultations felt rushed and didn’t feel personal. - Great experience so far with Dr Euan. Assuring and takes time to reply messages (either him or the nurses) and often promptly. Excellent Service from Reception to the Doctors. The nurse taking my bloodworks was so careful and make sure everything was explained clearly.
Professionally run, friendly nurses and felt well taken care of
Absolutely unacceptable. I waited 90 minutes past my first appointment time with Dr Hui, with no explanation, no apology, and no updates. Patients’ time clearly isn’t valued here. For a clinic charging premium fees, the level of service is incredibly disappointing. I won’t be returning or recommending this practice.
