After three visits over the last year, I can now say that Dr. Austin is the best doctor I've ever had, plain and simple. He takes the necessary time to treat you, rather than trying to rush you in and out. Unlike other doctors I've had in the past, he doesn't immediately write scrips for any ailment; he tries to truly diagnose it and if possible, provide a non-scrip solution. Front desk staff has always been pleasant and helpful.
Dr Austin is the most caring compassionate Dr I have ever been to..He will talk to you, let you cry if needed, prescribe what is best for you and nothing more, he took his oath with honesty, truth and from the heart, he truly cares about your well being , health and happiness. I highly reccommend him if you want a Dr who truly cares..Debbie Albright
The staff up front (Secretary, little workers) whatever you want to call them) are terrible people, they treat folks bad, lie to paitents, and I know at least 11 patients that have left a good Doctor (have released them selves as a patient and gone to another) all because of them. I have not had my prescription since August 18th of 2017... I had an appointment on September 12th to see Dr Austin.
