I have left 4 message and have not received a call back. This has been going on for over 2 weeks. Unacceptable!
They are always very courteous to me and there is never a long wait.
I would never advise anybody to seek medical care from these people! I just recently had bad experiences, from dealing with these people the first few times. They mistreated me over the phone at times & in person in the doctor office as well. The office workers & the doctors seem to have a REAL, DONT CARE TYPE ATTITUDE ABOUT THEIR JOB & UNTO THE PATIENTS & POTENTIAL PATIENTS! As a ISAF/OEF with PTSD, the staff was very kind and accommodating with me bringing my service dog Samson along with me to my visits. You guys were awesome. Samson gives you four paws!
