CGCC patient 15yr.__At last visit I was informed that I would receive an appt notice after the office moved to a new location__ No notice__ Called @ annual time of visit to confirm appt__ No appt __Made one__ Walked in @ appt and was told rescheduled two weeks__ Walked in @appt and was told bloodwork today and reschedule Dr visit__ Some computer program had rescheduled me?? I walked out__ they are fired!! Anyone know of a good hematology office?
Could not be more pleased with entire staff at CGCC. My wife Sonya has had all of her chemo treatments there. Nurses are polite and knowledgeable, facilities are first rate. All of people we have contact with from reception to on-site pharmacy and NP’s have been very polite and helpful. I might also add tolerant to this list. Everyone that comes in there wants to be first for obvious reasons. Don’t know who trains and sets standards for that facility but they do a great job of keeping everyone on the same positive page. Service Desk Is Rude they don't know how to multitask or treat there gusts. Poor customer service.....
