I found these apartments on Craigslist called and spoke with Toni about there rental process one thing that bothered me was the fact once you pay your deposit and you choose not to go through they keep your deposit. The lady by the name of Toni says they keep it because they could have rented it out to someone else’s. You pay your deposit they prolonged you moving in and once you don’t have all the money they keep your deposit and say you have to pay 1,000 to move in. Complete scam for these run down apartments.
Been here several years, but can't stomach this nastiness any more. This place has been and still could be so much nicer. The garbage pile is a daily thing now. They won't do anything to prevent it from happening. I stare at it and smell it every time I enter the building.
Maintenance has stepped up their game an so has the new managers. Alot of promised upgrades to the building so I'm looking forward to seeing them. Great place to live would give a 5 star but the pot heads have the building smelling like weed
I wanted love this apartment so much, but the parking situation is HORRIBLE! Never any parking in the back when I get off work (after 5pm), so I have to park in front of the building....where I get a ticket every day. Can't have friends and family over because they get tickets as well. I really planned on staying here for at least a few years but now I'm definitely out once my lease is up. This will be a cool place to live if they ever figure the parking situation out.
