Poor customer service and they charged me $55 over the phone price
My car got towed a few days ago and I wasn’t aware of it until last night because it’s not registered until this Friday and I can’t drive it much obviously. I can only move it during parking bans and storms. Some lady named Rachel was very rude and hostile and she had a very condescending and belittling tone towards me when I was asking questions.
