Absolutely terrible. I have an engine that arrived in Houston a week ago, Wednesday, and it's still sitting in their dock. I had to change the delivery address as it was incorrect. I called customer service on Friday I was told that they received the change of address notice (LOA) and that I'd get a call about scheduling the delivery on Monday. I didn't receive a call on Monday, so I called customer service again. I was told that it would be delivered at 4:15 and they confirmed that they received the LOA. It was not delivere... read more

If you could give negative stars I would. I've been stressed for a.week because they lost my package and they are.taking forever to find it and their mistake is costing me. I cant even get a refund from the company I ordered from because central freight hasn't confirmed that the item is lost. But they tell me the item is lost and.they are checking all the trucks when as they come in. Well it has been a whole week and they havent found it yet.
