Absolutely terrible. I have an engine that arrived in Houston a week ago, Wednesday, and it's still sitting in their dock. I had to change the delivery address as it was incorrect. I called customer service on Friday I was told that they received the change of address notice (LOA) and that I'd get a call about scheduling the delivery on Monday. If you could give negative stars I would. I've been stressed for a.week because they lost my package and they are.taking forever to find it and their mistake is costing me. I cant even get a refund from the company I ordered from because central freight hasn't confirmed that the item is lost.
