No one’s contacted me for a recall. I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning and was told that the recall work would take an hour and a half and I asked for an oil change as well. When I got there, I waited an hour and a half and was told my car was done, but they didn’t have the part for the recall. So I spent an hour and a half waiting for an overpriced oil change. Their motto is bring a friend not likely their service is horrible and their service department is clueless.
If I could rate them a zero, I would. We bought a brand new 2022 Expedition in July 2022 from Corwin Ford Reno. We also purchased a platinum warranty coverage on this vehicle which is 10 years or 100000 miles. The car has a recall on the brake lines, the transmission revs randomly without putting on the gas, it goes into reverse on its own from time to time, and the AC in the rear has gone out and is blowing hot air everywhere. Worst service EVER!!! Service advisor ZacK Taylor is incompetent and a LIAR!!!! I have no idea why Ford of Clermont keeps him! He is very arrogant as well!!! I would give ZERO stats if I could! Overpriced and no communication!! Avoid at ALL cost!
Best dealership I've ever done business with. Sales, parts and service have all gone above and beyond to make sure I've gotten the best deal possible. 10/10 will use again!
i had a recall on my vehicle. I called in advance to see how long it would take to fix it. I was told 2.1 hr.. i decided to wait at dealership. My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived a few minutes early. At 11:30 my vehicle was still sitting where i parked it. I talked to the service desk and he got mad at me for not understanding how things worked in the service department. i took my vehicle and will not do business there again.
