I bought a Ford Transit van from this place that they had to have known needed brand new brakes as well as a whole new abs system. I test drove it and found that the brakes seemed off so they took off about 1.4k from the price, but to find out a whole new brake system AND abs system would cost almost 4k. This happened withing 2 days of driving the vehicle. When I reached out to Tom the Salesperson I bought the van from I got no response.
I purchased a used 2017 Subaru Forester from Bob Davidson in October 2024. I was recently widowed and had been in two accidents earlier in 2024 that left me carless for a few months. I have been using Terry Henricks Ford for years for service work on my vehicles. I bought a used 2023 F150 from Terry Henricks Ford. I had looked at many others in the tristate area, and found Terry Henricks to be priced below several others and several thousand dollars under retail price. Recently purchased a Truck from Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon Kyle was amazing very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Told him what exactly we were looking for and he found it and our payments were in our price range. Bobby in finance then took over he was just as amazing. So whole experience was Great!
Yeah 2020 Lincoln Nautilis blew a transmission they didn’t seem like they wanted to fix it. Say three or four weeks so we’re not buying a new Ford Ranger and they did not give us employee pricing which was in effect we’ve tried everything to get it from them, and all they do is lie and lie and the general manager is it really a big, liar and salesman Wyatt doesn’t return phone calls lousy dealership took a vantage of seniors in trouble.
They acted like it was a privilege to serve us & not bothersome. Very nice, courteous and helpful, not pushy at all. Robert & Liz are both very friendly. Keep up the good work!
Definitely had to leave a review for Bob Allen Ford Ottawa Kansas. This place is a 5/5 stars in my book. DJ the salesman as known as (the cowboy) was incredible to work with he listened to my wants and needs and walked in to my perfect truck. We didn’t have to play the price back and forth game nor the addon’s we both had a game plan and both walked away with a happy ending. Definitely worth the drive to buy your next vehicle.
