Jason was absolutely great to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before making my decision. What really stood out was that he even came up to help me on his day off just to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend asking for Jason if you’re in the market!

Trumann Ford has a new service manager and she takes care of business! After taking my Bronco Sport in numerous times to get it fixed, Jackie is the only one to pay attention and help me. When I tell you this is the best Dealership I been to I lost my keys to my truck and instead having us to tow the truck they came to us the day after Christmas Mrs Kayla was a life saver along with the techs and service advisor Please if you need a vehicle this is your stop I would definitely be back for a new Thanks Slot we definitely appreciate y'all 10 great service
