While traveling in a 2021 F-350 chassis motorhome my a/c went out on a hot day. near Trumann, AR. I pulled into Central Ford and they quickly determined the faulty component. They had to overnight the part. 18 hours later I was back on the road. Nice and cool. Thank you Team Central Ford, especially Preston who coordinated this quick 'pit stop'! Highly recommend this Ford dealership!
Mike was very helpful! From the time I got there to the time I left was very quick! No waiting around all day at this place. Would buy from again!
Our sales person was jason he is a honest and amazing guy help us find the right vehicle and didnt rush us and worked around our schedule if anyone needs a car or a truck jason is your guy
Jason was absolutely great to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before making my decision. What really stood out was that he even came up to help me on his day off just to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend asking for Jason if you’re in the market!
