Unfortunately we will be leaving Dr. Bolfer after speaking with his receptionist today. Our dog has taken a turn for the worse and we made an appointment weeks ago to go to his Longwood location. I was given the option to pick between Dr. Bolfer or a new radiographer and I was told Dr. Bolfer would be able to do it at this location because we want the same person to see him this time after becoming worse. My dog Minute was referred to CFVC by her primary vet after being diagnosed with a heart murmur. She was supposed to be seen on 11/14/25 but due to her severe anxiety, I had to reschedule the appt at the last moment. I spoke with Sebastian, one of the vet techs, and he was super helpful in recommending what combo of meds would work best to make sure Minute was sufficiently calm for the rescheduled appt. Overpriced and terrible customer service and professionalism..
My vet recommended I come here due to my pup having heart disease. I arrived to a location at the bottom of an apartment building. Inside the office is very clean, I was greeted and offered snacks and refreshments while I waited. Kali, who works alongside Dr. Bolfer, is someone I will always remember. Something about her demeanor and the way she cared for my Coolie made me feel safe regardless of feeling more scared as the visit went on. She told me she had a lot of experience and it shows.
