This company was working on the roof in front of my building. Making a huge mess on the street where my wife car was parked. Unfortunately that mess cause my wife's car a flat tire. When I claimed to the workers about it they start to making excuses to avoid the responsibility of that. So If you see this company near your house building a roof make sure you check the surroundings of your vehicle before you head out.
They do good work BUT DANG they will charge you a Mint! I was charged almost $500.00 to replace a Single Shingle! LET ME SAY IT LOUDER...ONE STRIP OF SHINGLES AKA A SINGLE SHINGLE = ALMOST FIVE FREAKING HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! I don't know how many stars to give them. I'm upset that I was taken advantage of.
PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!! I BOUGHT A HOME- PREVIOUS OWNER USED THEM TO REPLACE ROOF AND CENTRAL FL ROOFING DID NOT PAY FOR MATERIALS. WITH THE FL CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW- I AM OBLIGATED TO PAY A DEBT THAT WASN'T MINE!!!!!!! THEY HAVE NOT RESPONSED TO MY ATTORNEY'S , CONSTRUCTION COMPANY NOR TITLE COMPANY. LIEN WAS NOT IN EFFECT, PRIOR TO MY PURCHASE OF MY HOME. I WAS A FIRST TIME HOMEOWNER, PLEASE RUN AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Great people and workers, the staff is wonderful. They will save you money when possible. They were hired for a roofing job, and if a problem happens, they respond quickly. Highly recommend hiring, staff, and owners easy to talk to.
Central Florida Roofing was a top class! Everything went well. They were at my house at 7am for roof replacement and job was done in a timely manner. over experience, great company, amazing work, and affordable price!
