I am appalled that a “Professional Company” would accuse and state on a review that a person is taking advantage of the situation. Do you think I wanted to have a flat tire and go through all the hardships of that? My vehicle was the only one parked right in front of the workers and YES there was debris all throughout the area. When I left for work (approximately mid day) the workers were hanging out under a tree taking their break and there were used shingles throughout the ground along with other items. This company was working on the roof in front of my building. Making a huge mess on the street where my wife car was parked. Unfortunately that mess cause my wife's car a flat tire. When I claimed to the workers about it they start to making excuses to avoid the responsibility of that. So If you see this company near your house building a roof make sure you check the surroundings of your vehicle before you head out.

They do good work BUT DANG they will charge you a Mint! I was charged almost $500.00 to replace a Single Shingle! LET ME SAY IT LOUDER...ONE STRIP OF SHINGLES AKA A SINGLE SHINGLE = ALMOST FIVE FREAKING HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! I don't know how many stars to give them. I'm upset that I was taken advantage of.

PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!! I BOUGHT A HOME- PREVIOUS OWNER USED THEM TO REPLACE ROOF AND CENTRAL FL ROOFING DID NOT PAY FOR MATERIALS. WITH THE FL CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW- I AM OBLIGATED TO PAY A DEBT THAT WASN'T MINE!!!!!!! THEY HAVE NOT RESPONSED TO MY ATTORNEY'S , CONSTRUCTION COMPANY NOR TITLE COMPANY. LIEN WAS NOT IN EFFECT, PRIOR TO MY PURCHASE OF MY HOME. I WAS A FIRST TIME HOMEOWNER, PLEASE RUN AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
