I would give NO stars if I could. Office staff is friendly but apparently they will do anything and everything to keep your ENTIRE deposit. Always paid on time and was super friendly.... Now 35 weeks pregnant and two months after moving out they are telling me that I can deal with the owners if I don’t agree with them not returning my deposit that we were really counting on having... but the owners address I was given is the same address as CFRE.... so little confused there... seems like a scam to me. Please DONT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS GUYS. Eddie Riviera, LLuvia Riviera, Nelsa are complete SCAMMERS. FIRSTLY , they will drag on repairs for months, they invent repairs to charge more money on your unit. My AC was repaired and replaces 6 times! in 2 years! Then they say they are paying HOA on your behalf but no, they are retaining your money, and then you have late fee and lawyers fees. Im having late fees and interest for more than 500 usd in 3 months (hoa sent me to collection) This guys never told me i owe money. Its crazy... read more
