Very bad service, I have tried to see houses with this company and they keep you waiting, they never attend to you, I can confirm that when I requested to see a house that they manage they forgot because later I had to write so they would give me an appointment again after having spoken with them they didn't remember, and in the end they told me that there was already an application for that house.
They used a dirty filter as buffer to charge me and my husband for a maintenance fee that we ended up fixing ourselves. We tried to explain it was a drainage problem and had nothing to do with the filter. The house was full of dust upon moving and of course the filter will quickly get dirty, we had to clean and suck up all of that dust. Every single thing we wrote as broken or needed fixing when first moved in, was never fixed. We have not been moved in for 3 months yet, we moved in end of February. As a High School coach & being involved in the communities of Harmony/St. Cloud, Kissimmee & Lake Nona, it’s rare that you come across a business that is so supportive of youth sports and programs.
