Signed up for a maintenance contract on my whole house generator about a year ago. My generator was identified as having a dead battery and I had them replace it. It then did not start up automatically when we had a power outage and they came back and said the battery charger had gone bad. That was over 2 months ago. Still had to call again and as of now, charger is still bad. Cancelled my contract.
