Always quick to respond if a problem arises. We leave everything to Central Pools now after many years of hit and miss service from other (well known) companies. The weekly service is reliable and a photo is always supplied to confirm the work done, along with a list of chemical levels etc. and the name of the engineer.
Outstanding work on replacing my pool pump. Central Pool and Spa are hands down the very best in the industry. Would recommend them to anyone.
This is my first inground pool. I had gone through many pool maintenance companies and Central Florida Pools is the best! My Technician is Joel. He is awesome. He's prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work.
I have had multiple companies service my pool since 2011. Central Florida Pool and Spa is the best by far. I have used their service since 2014. Their work is thorough and their pricing is very reasonable and fair. The entire staff is excellent.
No communication with me through out the entire process. There is a place where the tile is misplaced. There are several white spots on the bottom of the pool. They never cleaned up after they were done, I had to jet vac my entire patio of all the debris. After just five days of filling the pool with water this guy comes by a dumps a very large amount of chlorine into the pool. My back yard smelled very badly of chlorine. As a local homeowner we had trouble with our pool light.These guys gave me a quote straight away (this was checked and found to be value for money)a date was agreed for the work and they turned up on time and did a good job.
We have used Central Florida Pool recently to instal, cut & shape a thermal pool cover and to replace screen netting and Florida glass panels after a massive hail storm and hurricane Irma. They are prompt and reasonably priced. We have one small outstanding issue in that the roof netting needs stretching and refixing at the edges as it ripples like waves in the wind but I’m sure that they will resolve that.
Always very helpful and they try to accommodate short notice jobs at every opportunity which is good for rental home owners who have pool issues from time to time and guests that expect to get what they have paid for (pool heat etc)
