Sent to this facility from the VA for my disabled combat husband. Prior to visit, I made sure they would accommodate his severe PTSD, paranoia and anxiety. I am his POA, he has a very hard time in public especially doctors offices; I made it very clear when making the appointment the importance of letting me be with him. They were very understanding over the phone, and said they would accommodate any way possible to make him feel comfortable. I started out with, what I thought, was a good experience--but WAY overpaying for a mouth guard and then Botox shots to relieve SERIOUS TMJ pain. I was a patient for several years. I also had a prescription for it. I was doing better but in late July and August the pain returned with horrible headaches. I called asking to be seen. They said since it had been 2 3/4 years and since they could not get me in for nearly 3 months I would technically be a NEW PATIENT so I could not get an appointment until JANUARY!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible! Wanted my ten year old who wasn’t eating because she had pain from tmj to wait 3 months to be seen! Would never recommend

I have never been to a worse doctor, the 3 stars is very generous. I have never been so rushed out of an appointment before like when I came here, my visit in the room was a total of 8 minutes and 2 prescriptions. I was just money for them at the end of the day. I suffer from really bad tmj and it seems they couldn’t care less. I have since tried to change my prescription and they can get ahold of me no problem to make me pay the $15 I owe them (which I paid already) on top of the visit and X-rays I paid for, but they can’t ... read more
