As much as I want to support my local community and spend my money at locally owned business, I will never be coming back here. Local or corporate - if you slip people fees without ever discussing them - they will be disappointed. I came in to print 3 double-sided color pages, which should have cost me $1.80. You can imagine my surprise when my total for 3 pages came to $4. They have a $2 "extraction" fee to print your document which is conveniently not mentioned until you question your total.
