I called in and spoke to Myra N to inquire about a second opinion for my father who had surgery in July and is still experiencing pain. She proceeded to give me an appointment date with Dr. Villalobos. She then began to ask for my fathers medical history and asked who performed his neurological surgery. Once I advised her who the doctor was she placed me on hold. She then comes back and tells me that the doctor will not see my father, even though she already had provided me with an appointment. Wonderful people,exellent DOCTOR. Need a coffee machine, the wait is too long.
Had C 5 ,6,and 7 April 29 and even with MRI did not show all that was wrong with my neck. Dr. Ramirez got in there to do the surgery found that I had severe spinal stenosis. So glad that I had this surgery done it has been like night and day.
