I went into the office for an hour and a half appointment to clean and scalp / root cleaning. As a younger male is his twenties I am always scared of tha dentist because I did go years with no dental work. Upon my visit my blood pressure was so high I couldn't get Anesthesia or Novacane. Susan took care of me and took her time and talked to me like I've never experienced. She was friendly and polite and even built rapport. It was a never before experience at a dental office. Dr. Mansour and his staff are fantastic. Their level of expertise is very high, the women at the front desk are friendly and efficient, and it is never a long wait. And they do a nice job coordinating with the healthcare provider on co-pays.

The staff was extremely friendly and the dentist provided great service.
Right when I came in I was greeted warmly and was put through quickly. Dr. Mansour was very kind and listened patiently. He never looked like he was rushed to get to another patient. When he wasn't sure about something, he was sure to refer me to someone that he knew could help with details about the strengths of each Doctor that he referred me to. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
