I usually do not like to go to the destist and avoid it everytime I can. I finally gave in cuz I needed a check up(been a while). I was pleasently surpriced when I showed up for my inicial appointment. Everyone was very friendly and helpfull. Made me feel comfortable all the time. I am very happy with the service and looking foward my first cleaning in a while. Highly recommend!
As always I received excellent care! Great staff!
I called and was given an appointment that was one hour later. They took me to the exam room shortly after I arrived and fixed immediate the problem in just a few minutes. I'm scheduled to have the complete tooth fixed in a couple of weeks. I have always regarded Dr. Mansour as an excellent dentist and would gladly recommend him. .
Front desk staff always super friendly. You can see they are taking extra precautions to keep us safe. I love Sharon the Dental Hygienist and Dr. Mansour.
very good customer service
service was great as always , however I thought that the $50 fee was for cancellation. I didn't cancel, just rescheduled, she could of at least told me over the phone when I rescheduled. I felt like the receptionist didn't want to say anything over the phone. However it is posted in the lobby but there would have been no harm in telling me that you were going to charge when we spoke over the phone. Thanks
