Last week, I called to request a refill for my regular daily medication, which I have been taking consistently for over 10 years. Instead of processing the request as usual, I was told by a staff member that I had to schedule an in-person appointment so the doctor could evaluate my health status. I have been sick for several days. I called Dr. Menezes. They got me in right away. What Dr. does that anymore. He is amazing including his staff. I have been going to him for awhile now. They dont make doctors like him anymore. Please do not retire, move or anything else for that matter. Cant replace you. Thank you again for being there for me & thank you for getting me in quickly
I have received excellent care here they are responsive and caring. In todays heath care environment it has been exceptional
2025 update - The Epic integration is making their communication smoother it seems. Updating from 2 stars to 5. Original 2 star review - Experience with the provider in office is great. The office, however does not communicate well with the pharmacy. My AdventHealth pharmacy tried many times to fax the office for clarifications on the prescription to have it covered under my insurance, but the office for some reason does not look at faxes.
