The office is clean the MA who roomed me was so friendly and answered my questions. Vidal APRN Very personable and made me feel comfortable. And my scheduler Lily Read scheduling my colonoscopy seamless. I would definitely refer this Office bravo
Very hard to get ahold of and there’s no follow through. I can’t get my medication filled and I never got an answer from them after my endoscopy - they just straight up never followed through. If you’re looking for a lack of communication and no answers, this is the place for you.
Drove an hour and half called ahead and the office staff are just standing there talkin I missed it by 1 sec. So they canceled my appointment and now they’re lying on my chart. Called to make a complaint and explain and now a supervisor is lying on my charts. I wouldn’t go here or waste your time. I was in the office patiently waiting and the office staff was extremely rude. So I advised her of that and now I’m the one being penalized and the office staff get off scott free. Avoid. I do not even know where to start. Jennifer Roman- do better. If you could not handle my daughters complex GI issues you should’ve told me that from appt number one. For you to leave her hanging with no food (enteral formula) for over 2 weeks is unacceptable & NEGLIGENT. Isn’t a medical providers oath, “do no harm”? Go back & read that. Really disappointed with this clinic. I’ve been reaching out since August about a billing issue that still hasn’t been resolved. I wasn’t able to be seen without a referral, so I got one from my primary care provider and then went to my appointment. Now I’m being charged $500 when my copay is only $25. This happened because they never entered my referral, something I was told was required before I could even be seen. I’ve called multiple times, but the office manager won’t return my calls.
