Drove an hour and half called ahead and the office staff are just standing there talkin I missed it by 1 sec. So they canceled my appointment and now they’re lying on my chart. Called to make a complaint and explain and now a supervisor is lying on my charts. I wouldn’t go here or waste your time. Avoid. I do not even know where to start. Jennifer Roman- do better. If you could not handle my daughters complex GI issues you should’ve told me that from appt number one. For you to leave her hanging with no food (enteral formula) for over 2 weeks is unacceptable & NEGLIGENT. Isn’t a medical providers oath, “do no harm”? Go back & read that. Really disappointed with this clinic. I’ve been reaching out since August about a billing issue that still hasn’t been resolved. I wasn’t able to be seen without a referral, so I got one from my primary care provider and then went to my appointment. Now I’m being charged $500 when my copay is only $25. This happened because they never entered my referral, something I was told was required before I could even be seen. I’ve called multiple times, but the office manager won’t return my calls. My confident recommendation is the following. Do not hire this GI Medical Group for gastroenterology disease management. The front desk, scheduling, support staff and doctors rather prolong the worsening of disease and rattle patient's physical and emotional wellbeing. In six years, they received every chance and benefit to clean up their act and provide good service and care.
