Dr Patel was polite, but the office itself feels extremely disorganized. Three visits resulted in multiple long waits, confusing communication, and several appointments that could have been handled much more efficiently. I recently experienced a series of very concerning health issues and was referred by my primary care physician to Dr. Neel R. Patel. At my initial visit, I was extremely anxious, although I believed I was concealing it well. Dr. Patel immediately recognized my concern and took the time to ask what was troubling me. Received excellent care from Dr. Patel when I felt like my heart was beating out of my chest, him and his staff were so kind to me I'd recommend my family to come see him!
This is the absolute best Dr.s office I have ever used. Everyone from the ladies that answer the phone to the PA’s to Dr Patel they are all a breath of fresh air. I am so grateful to have found you guys.
