Dr. Balan was extremely patient. He listened to all my concerns and answered every one of them. together we worked through a lot of of my issues I felt respected and valued.
It was not a good experience. As my blood work has not been normal since April and I was not informed that it was continually decreasing until October 16th so doesn't seem like it was a very good job
