Today i had a appointment with sara baker appointment at 4:45 i was 11 minutes lates so she said i had to reschedule due to the 15 min window... i explain its havent been 15 minutes then she started countin the minutes... but proceeds to say i still have to cancel you.... i have 2 weeks left and really needed to see my ob and then trued to schedule me out all the way to the 23rd NEED I REMIND YALL MY DUE DATE THE 17TH 🥴

I wouldn’t recommend a dead dog to get treatment here. Over 6 months waiting to complete my treatment. I’m disgusted with how I’ve been treated here. Stop taking patients if you can’t complete the treatment. Just send people else where. Your low staffing ratios is not our problem. Hire staff and take care the patients.

I applied for the sliding scale as I cannot afford to pay for doctor visit in full. Navigator Frances at this location seemed genuine until it became needing answers what I am eligible for (how it works). Called and left messages with no call back. I emailed with no response. After being referred to an outside dental surgeon and having sliding scale option, I was asked to pay $50.00 for the initial visit which i did. After some time, they started bsending bills for $54.00. I called their number on the statement and they said that they don't handle that I should call the local office in Davenport and speak with Imeralda. I am literally tired for leaving message with the staff and they Never return the calls.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Tiffany Rubio yesterday. In my opinion, her behavior throughout the appointment was completely unprofessional and lacked the basic level of respect and empathy I would expect from a physician. From the beginning, she appeared extremely bothered when I requested a translator. She also seemed uncomfortable when I addressed her as “Doctor,” which was very surprising and made an already uncomfortable situation even worse.
