Doctor sent a referral for an endo weeks ago & I’ve just been waiting for it to “process” ever since. I called every day since the 1st of the month & be told lie after lie. finally someone told me today they don’t even have an endocrinologist at the moment …. They just hired one a few days ago & he won’t take patients for a couple of weeks. Thanks for wasting my time . I called ahead and was told that emergency walk-in patients were accepted between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. I arrived around noon while 36 weeks pregnant and experiencing significant dental pain. After checking in, I waited over four hours before being seen. Despite explaining that I was in pain and pregnant, I was not evaluated until approximately 4:20 PM. Don’t go here if you value your health or your time. My husband went to this office for a hospital follow-up appointment after recently being seen in the ER. From the moment we walked in, the experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly concerning. Upon arrival, my husband informed the front desk that he urgently needed a urine sample cup because he had been holding his urine and felt like he was going to urinate on himself. These people are a waste of time...Just horrible. I arrived 40 minutes early for my appointment and claimed that they called and texted to let me know Dr. Karla Bonetti had an emergency. They never did. The lady at the front desk had the nerve to tell me to be on time for my new appointment. The amount of gaslighting lack of responsibility. A bunch of liars.

"If your tooth is too far gone for a crown, the dentist will extract it." This is from your website but when I called, about 10 mins ago, I was told you'd have to refer out.
