I stopped going here after an appointment in December to fit a permanent crown. January comes and I receive a bill from this dentist office for $1.4k. When you receive a bill you'll see a procedure code that corresponds to what happened in the appointment and you can find it easily in their treatment plan to know what it was for. Today was my “new patient” appointment with Dr. Barrera. I was scheduled for 10:00 AM, so I arrived at 9:30 AM. I patiently waited until I realized that no one communicated the delay. At 11 AM, I approached the front desk to confirm my appointment time. The young lady went to the back and advised that they were running behind but I would be next. Too many excuses. Doctor English is horrible. I had to ask nurses to translate. They spoke English too. Lol refused to fix. Said. Go back to other office? Need o sau more?
The ladies that work at this office are very nice and the place is clean. My complaint is they do things without considering the patient's time. X-rays one day, cleaning another appointment, filling on another day ... Why would you out fillings unless the teeth are clean? They worked on only 1 tooth and gave yet ANOTHER appointment to work on the rest.
