Went had an appointment was told they canceled my appointment got another appointment went was told they didn't know what procedure was to be done waited 30 minutes for them to find what was to be done never found out left and was supposed to receive a call this was March 2025 still haven't heard from them and it's August
I’m very upset with my experience at this dental office. The first time I came I overheard the front desk staff complaining about being short staffed. That’s understandable but the patients should never hear that. If they were aware that they don’t have a hygienist for the day why not call patients before their appointment to make them aware in reschedule. I drove an hour to come to this dental office, to not get the services I was scheduled for. They did my X-rays then rescheduled me for my annual cleaning. Total waste of m... read more
I went there in October 2024 , the girl that took X-rays of my teeth did something and lost the X-rays and had to do it over. Then one person came and looked at my teeth and started talking about a parshal. Then they talk about cleaning my teeth, I was supposed to go back but I got very sick. I had insurance but they never sent the bill to the insurance company then in March of 2025 I get a bill from them for over 400.00. I call and told them to send the bill to the insurance then in July I get another bill from them now it ... read more
Grace (receptionist) is pleasant. She has a way of making patients feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations. She should be recognized by CFHC in some way.
I went as a walk in to have a broken wisdom tooth taken out and everyone was really great. Super friendly and very comforting to me being a baby about the dentist. Thank you ladies for all your help
