Too many excuses. Doctor English is horrible. I had to ask nurses to translate. They spoke English too. Lol refused to fix. Said. Go back to other office? Need o sau more?
The ladies that work at this office are very nice and the place is clean. My complaint is they do things without considering the patient's time. X-rays one day, cleaning another appointment, filling on another day ... Why would you out fillings unless the teeth are clean? They worked on only 1 tooth and gave yet ANOTHER appointment to work on the rest. This place was a little weird.. I came in for an exam. The dental assistant was nice at first but then after X-rays were done things took a turn. A dental student came in to do the exam, keep in mind the whole time she’s doing the exam they are communicating with each other. I’m like ok I guess they’ll tell me everything I need to know at the end. You’ll get 4-5 reminders to show to your appointment to only waits hours after it was supposed to begin. To top it off, there’s people who showed up and waited 10 mins at most while others have been waiting hours. Unprofessional and will waste your time.
I spent 41 years as a healthcare provider, and this office is the worst. Her mom made the appointment, explained everything to them, and she was told, no problem. My daughter is disabled. I medicated her for xrays, got to the office, went into the room, and they refused to do her xrays. Unbelievable. DO NOT GO THERE. Look at the reviews.
