They told me to be a walk in on a follow up for a nodule in my lung that MIGHT be cancerous I got up early dealt with the neuropathy fog I am in every morning rushed around and got there by 9am only to be told they never said that I was lying and they could not see me..... I had to switch docs for someone who has their ducks in a row I am done with these people!
Still waiting for Medical records to be sent to new Doctor...3 Months !!!! No one Ever Answers the phone...Now having test run that I already had done. This place is the worst , when you walk in there are 5 people sitting at the reception desk, yet no one asks if they can help you. So you stand there until they can't ignore you any longer. I called for an appointment and was told " You just saw your provider 2 weeks ago"...So ..I went to urgent care more than to My provider..any test you have are done in Lakeland...so be rea... read more

Terrible place, would not help my daughter, very disrespectful and unprofessional. The female doctor was very nasty
My appt was at 3:00 and it's 4:30 and I'm still waiting!!! This is unacceptable, unprofessional
