I needed the glass in a French door replaced. I inquired on the cost when I called for the first time and I was told around $175. The guys came out and did a good job and he had paper statement with the bill at $205 which is fine but I didn’t have my wallet with me and needed to pay the following day. He told me the price might be a little more once the office lady got it. I said okay. She called the next day to collect payment and told me the total was $375 which a lot more than “a little more”. Doesn't return calls, Shows up late, he was given 50% deposit, and it took 3 weeks to get work done. Then the glass was the wrong size, which took another 2 1/2 weeks for it to come in. Over a month. Call another company .

Called this company to inquire about replacing a glass insert for one of our french doors. Spoke with Adam. He was friendly and stated he needed to see a picture of the door. This was texted to him and he said he would reach out to his suppliers to see if he could find a match. We discussed if he did not we understood we may have to replace the glass in both doors. We also asked for a quote on some other glass inserts. We texted with him and he stated he would provide the quotes. We never heard from him again. We have tried ... read more
