Overall, one of the most excellent experiences I have had with a doctor and office. Everyone is very kind, considerate of time, office is clean and comfortable. They went above and beyond for my surgery.
Brought my mom here, staff was kind and Dr. Hoover was exceptional. She took time with my mom, explaining everything and was so very patient. Dr. Hoover gave lots of options to my mom and she felt free to ask questions. Great experience!

If I could post a negative number on this site I would. After meeting Doctor J. Hoover I was given a supplement prescription to take for 3 months. This supplement was to help the calcium build up in my feet. After the visit I learned that I could not get this item from my pharmacy since the only company selling it was not covered by ANY insurance. After placing my order via the internet and waiting over 10 days to receive the supplement via the mail I called the doctors Doctor J. Hoover and requested a medication that could ... read more
