Very disappointed with front desk and provider miscommunication. Please ensure you ask them to review your insurance information regarding co pays because I went from $8 co pay to $80 copay because they “thought” it was $8 this whole time. Mind you I’ve called before my appts to ensure the amount because I wanted to make sure I had enough in my account for payment. It makes me wonder if they ever actually processed my insurance to see what my co pay was each visit. Today I had a unnecessary appt and even the doctor apologize... read more
The doctor is very professional and the office personal very friendly always worried about my case I recommend
The stuff is awesome I felt like home Dr. Victor mcmara very nice explaining everything to me based on my findings
The doctor took xrays and provided useful information concerning my condition. The office has a beautiful German Shepard. However, the doctor had her own agenda and would not listen or abide by my wishes.
