I have been going to this doctor office for years and I love Dr. Coupland and Dr. Gretchen both very nice and professional. Recently Dr. Millan joined the team and she is wonderful!! I recommend all three. Today I received a vaccine by Tina and she did amazing I appreciate her work so much because she made sure the vaccination was not painful. Anytime I need to do bloodwork or receive a vaccination they always hurt but Tina does wonders. I highly recommend Tina for your vaccinations she is great. Thank you so much!

Completely inappropriate for a patient to be late and check in at 4:27 for a 4:15 appt. and be turned away. Thanks for all your help nurse Pamela Lynn Menzel. Regards- AdventHealth employee
I'm a returning patient and can't get a call back to make an appointment. I like Dr Coupland, but agree with other reviews that the office staff is lacking.
