Extremely unprepared for the concert on 8/26. VIPs had early access at 5:45 and no one had scanners or was ready to take people. One worker complained when we asked when the VIPs would get in. She, chewing on a lollipop, proceeded to look at other people and say: "VIP? Who do they think they are?" Ummm people who paid extra money to get in early.
