Have been going there for a few years and putting up with the secretary at the front office that makes appointments. She has NO manners and has no business answering the phone or making appointments. The only thing that I can surmise is that she is somehow related to the doctor as anyone else would have been fired long ago as she is a poor representation for the doctor. Llam� por primera vez a este lugar y me dejaron en espera por 15 minutos. Volv� a llamar al lugar y me pusieron en hold sin dejarme hablar. Solo quer�a saber si la raz�n de espera era por ser las 11:30 a.m. hora q a lo mejor es au almuerzo y no me pod�an atender me contest� con un tono algo incomoda por favor espere cuando trat� de decirle espere un momentito para poder preguntar. No vuelvo a llamar a este lugar. No los visit� ni los visitar�, mas oftalmologos hay en el �rea. Gracias por nada!
