I usually avoid clinics because of long waiting times, but this place surprised me. Appointment was at 11 and I was inside the doctor’s room by 11:15. The doctor listened carefully instead of typing nonstop on a computer. Felt respected here.

Today I had an awful experience with trying to order my contacts. I'll try to keep it simple and quick. When I was on the phone with a male employee trying to place my order he was having issues pulling my authorization. I found that off bc I haven't seen anyone else since my exam. I told him I AM eligible for contacts but not glasses, I'm only eligible for glasses every other year. He quickly stated if your not eligible for glasses then your not for contacts. I went in for an appointment for them to tell me my eyes were simply used to very high powered contacts and that they could fix my eyesight by simply lowering my prescription to get my eyes used to lower prescription. I am pretty sure that was not how that works as there is no easy fix to my kind of eyes (I have astigmatism and overall terrible eyesight). Another doctor was kind enough to give me the correct prescription after I told my story.
I would not even give 1 star, but there is no other option. I went in Jan 2021 for regular vision check, they gave me a higher power than last year. I did my glasses at Costco. When I wore my lenses it could not see properly. Costco checked and they said the lens is according to prescription. So I called Clarkson to ask them for a appointment to verify the prescription and the glasses, they say since the prescription was give more then 30 days ago I have o pay out of pocket.
