So I just call the phone number on their website to make an appointment. The lady that answered the phone informed me that they are not accepting any new patients call back in a couple of weeks. She not once acted with any empathy, care or even asked me if I was okay. End of conversation point blank. Very cold individual taking calls from people who are seeking help.

She is a friendly and warm person. She is not judgemental. She has been offering phone sessions at this time of the pandemic. The sessions are very productive. She is an inspiration to me. I am a senior citizen and I know that I am doing much better since I began therapy. Don't be afraid or ashamed to reach out to her. She wants to help you.

I am so thankful for Central Florida Counseling. I was offered a wonderful blend of psychotherapy, humor and compassion. I was helped toward reaching my goal for healing during an especially difficult time and my counselor made such a difference in my life. I highly recommend them when you need a helping hand through life's challenging times.

I highly recommend this counseling service located in the Villages. They are very knowledgeable,understanding, and truly care about their clients. They have helped me through some very difficult times and are ALWAYS there for me when I need them. I really do not know where I would be without them today
