The staff is totally amazing! Dr Kumar is excellent. And the Cath. Lab staff are beyond amazing, they treat you so well, would definitely recommend. If I can give them a 10 star rating I would.
From the receptionist to the medical assistant and then Dr Parikh, I love this practice! Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Today my wait time in the lobby ran a little long, which is unusual, but the receptionist kept me informed about the delay. I would highly recommend this physician and his staff!
Not a fan as well, Not a patient of the place, but I went to do an study, and I have been waiting 4 days for the results
Not a fan. Saw Dr Rodriguez in June who ordered blood work and calcium CT. I wanted to wait until January so I could address these diagnostics and other health concerns in one calendar year deductible. I called to get the prescription sent to radiology, and was denied the prescription because 6 months was too long and he’d have to see me again to make the referral. Front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Brandi is one of the staff I encountered and she was very bothered by having to help me. I see from previous reviews this is not an isolated incident, hopefully the office will do better with staffing the face of their practice. I will not be returning as a patient due to the rudeness of the staff.
