The staff that makes appointments were very unhelpful and not kind, ended up canceling my appointment.
Highly do not recommend going here. It’s unfortunate because I really like Dr. Pal however his business is being terrorized by the rude front desk staff. From the very first call I received from them they were rude like I inconvenienced them. Demanding that I give my social over the phone, questioning me why I would choose to go there, that I chose a time that doesn’t work with the doctors schedule when they are the ones that put the time slots in the first place.
