So I’m not actually a patient here but I do have an experience to attest for the kindness and generosity of the staff at this location. My car had issues at the intersection near here forcing me to park it in their lot for the time being. I walked inside to tell the staff my situation and the receptionist was not only totally understanding but even offered to let me sit inside in the AC, and helped me grab a bunch of stuff from my car and allowed me to hold it inside while I waited for a tow truck.
