Very Prejudice Place, Black People are treated different than Other People There, They kept giving Me the runaround, They accept My Insurance and now The don't, this has happened twice, now They are telling Me to go across the Street to see another Place, I guess that's where They refer all The Blacks to go.
Don't waste your time. I called the office several times, even leaving voice messages trying to make an appointment. I also filled out their online appt. request form. I can't get anyone on the phone, and no one returns my call. They failed to respond to online requests. The office manager must be terrible to allow an office to lose business and let people suffer.

Do not use Central FL bone & joint institute they have gone down hill.... when My daughter needed an MRI on her foot the sent and requested for the ankle and did not send information until yesterday to the insurance only because I had to stay on them, they X-ray her 2 times, wrapped, splint, cast, splint and booted she still has swelling and pain, the MRI was denied because they did not do a peer to peer and did not send the proper documentation records. I love the doctors but hate the wait times. you can get here 30 mins before your appointment and still be waiting to go back 45 mins after your appointment time.
